1-Hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Class: Practice gentle, intentional movements designed to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing process.
- Guided, trauma-sensitive movement (no experience needed)
- Breathwork + nervous system resets you can use at home
- Grounding meditation + visualization to release stored tension
1-Hour Education & Support Circle: Dive deeper into understanding how trauma impacts the body, brain, and emotions with simple practices you’ll take with you for daily support. Share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on their healing journey.
You’ll leave each session with practical tools and resources to practice throughout the month, helping you integrate healing into daily life.
