Somatic Breathwork is an embodiment practice that takes you out of your head and into your body. Through circular connected breathing and powerful music, you’ll gently release the stress, tension, and emotions you’ve been carrying, creating space for clarity, calm, and renewal.
What you need:
- Yoga mat or towel
- Comfortable, loose clothing
- Optional: blanket for relaxation
- Please refrain from eating a heavy meal 90 mins before the session

It is not appropriate for pregnant women, persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy.
