Join us while honoring the fall season to release and let go of what is no longer serving your mind and body. Being human means we are inherently connected to change in our environments and we can utilize nature and her cycles to bring ourselves peace, harmony, and connection. During our afternoon together we will be taking time to slow down, feel and deeply connect with our internal fire, which allows us to awaken our internal selves and melt into connection with one another. We will work with the fire to hold the parts and pieces we want to let go of as we welcome the fall season. This will be something that can be shared or kept confidential as we will open up the circle and transition to group movement. We will be engaging in movement as a group to help move our bodies out of our typical routine as we try on new movement signatures together. In our society we are used to stillness and tightness, leaving us feeling heavy and fatigued. Movement is our body's way of healing. Learning how to listen to what our bodies need through play and exploration is a beautiful way to build confidence, self-trust and safety while in community. In the second half of our afternoon together there will be time for a moment of reflection, followed by reconnection through creating nature art. Finally, we will guide you in tea-making for the full moon, then a moment of connection and reflection before ending our day together. We are so excited to offer an event like this to create connection, memories, and healing. We look forward to seeing you there!
