Release Blocks to Flow & Success for Creatives

Join us for a transformative event designed for creatives looking to break through unconscious barriers holding you back from creative flow and success. Participants can explore and release difficulties in career, performance, relationships, inner struggles, creative blocks and other complex issues that need clarification.
Based on the work of Bert Hellinger, Systemic/Family Constellations is a group therapy modality where one person sits on the client chair with the facilitator and other workshop participants are chosen to physically represent parts of the client's issue to reveal unconscious dynamics at play (often stemming from intergenerational or personal trauma, limiting beliefs, unspoken conflicts or unseen forces influencing outcomes). Feelings will be felt and processed as the group members interact experientially with each other and the "knowing field".
Whether you get to sit in the client chair or not, you will be an active participant in constellations for other people and receive insights related to you. It is not unusual for participants to feel release and find healing for themselves just by observing and playing the role of representative. We will do as many constellation sessions for individual participants as time allows within the 5 hour workshop. One session can be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.
Cost is $30 for participants. You will be included in random selection for an opportunity to receive a personal constellation during the latter half of the workshop as time permits. If you have an urgent issue to work on, you can also opt for a guaranteed personal constellation for $80. Only four spots are alotted for this privilege and will be done in the first half of the workshop.
Reserve in advance as space available is limited to keep the container comfortable and intimate.
The facilitator is Lyra Matin, LMFT, a licensed psychotherapist adept in trauma work, group therapy, Systemic Constellations, and Depth Psychology. Lyra is very experienced working with creatives and enjoys helping them birth their best work.
