Welcome to RELEASE AND RESET!
Come join us for a transformative retreat where we will focus on letting go of something specific and embracing the new. This in-person gathering will take place on Sun Jun 01 2025 at 4:00 PM at 2525 15th St.

-yoga mat
-journal & pen
-EMPTY BELLY (eat 1-2 hours before)
-eye pillow/cover
-dress in loose clothing for acupunture
-if you have something you'd like to place on an alter ( a feaher, a picture, a crystal) we make so it gets charged up, bring it!

Circular breathwork, known as conscious connected breathing, is a rhythmic breathing technique where you breathe in and out continuously without pausing between the inhale and exhale. This creates a flowing, breath pattern that increases oxygen intake & clears stagnant energy.
Absolutely! Each session has a custom playlist designed for you to go inwards and move upwards. For the resting phase of the session sound bowls, drums, chimes and Tibetan bowls will be played.
After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path. Breathwork is different for everyone everytime.
Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
While I don’t recommend the three-part breath during pregnancy, I’ve had many pregnant clients attend my sessions using a gentler, modified breath. If you’re expecting and interested in joining, please reach out - I’ll guide you through a safe and supportive option, breathewithbrookelin@gmail.com
YES, come with an EMPTY BELLY for breathwork. Please have your stomach clear of food for at least an hour before the session, this will make it a lot easier to breathe. Remember to also stay hydrated!
