Join us for Release & Reset : An end-of-year Candlelight Yin Yoga + Soundbath Experience

Step into the final days of the year with a grounding, heart-centered evening designed to help you reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.

This 90-minute experience will include:

• Candlelight Yin Yoga – Slow, deep stretches to release stress and calm the nervous system.
• Soothing Soundbath – Healing vibrations to let go of what no longer serves you.
• Intention Setting Ceremony – Journaling and reflection to close the year with gratitude and welcome the new one with clarity and purpose.

What to Bring:
* Yoga Mat
* Optional Blanket for the soundbath
* Journal & Pen

* Extra Yoga Mats are available as needed. Eye Masks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

When: December 30 | 6:15–8:00 PM (doors close at 6.35PM, please arrive on time)
