Relaxpansion

We invite you to attune together to the frequencies of the new moon -- a deep exhale, to sink down into the Earth, and to come home to your Self once more in this village together we are reinhabiting. Relaxpansion is an opportunity to slow down, be with the breath, and acquaint yourself with the divinity of your being that never left you. Together, we are weaving a culture of care. This is what it means to be with ourselves, each other, and the greater good in a good way-- with love, intention, and deep consideration.

We are pleased to present the 8th rendition of Relaxpansion. It is with great joy to be a steward of this intention that has been growing in the hearts and somatic bodies of our greater community.

There will be a light sound bath upon arriving to help you settle into the space. We will open the space together with Mayan cacao and a guided journey into the heart. We will then embark on a beautiful sound bath jounrey to further relax the nervous system.

We will share a few somatic codes as well to invite you into deeper communion with your own nervous system and what it means to feel safe in this animal body.

For our final acitvity together, we will break into small groups for an angel wash. One person will have the opportunity to receive healing in the center of the circle. You can be specific with how you would like to receive. The intention is to receive energetic healing-- either hands on or off. Each person will have the opportunity to receive in small groups. Receiving an angel wash can feel like an otherworldy expereince-- to relax, receive care, and surrender to a greater force of love.

We will close our circle with prayers and reflections from the group.
