Can I attend more than one workshop breakout session?

Accepted Answer

No. Because all five of our wonderful workshop sessions are happening simultaneously, you will need to SELECT ONLY ONE WORKSHOP on the order form. If more than one is selected, our planning team will have to determine the single workshop you attend. We can't wait to see the workshop that you choose!

What is the cost of the conference?

There is no charge to register/attend. Funding for this conference was made possible by a Pew Charitable Trusts Venture Grant awarded to Bethanna. There is a $10 fee for processing CEUs. Payment for CEU processing is preferred in cash and will be collected on the day of the event.

Is walk-in registration/attendance available on the day of the conference?

No. Please register in advance so we can be prepared for your participation. Walk-in registrations will not be accepted.

This event is co-sponsored by Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research (GSSWSR) for a maximum of 5 credit hours.

Is there a cost for CEUs?

There is a $10 processing fee for CEUs. Payment will be collected at the event during check-in. Payment in cash is preferred.  Please be sure to have your license type and license number available when you check-in to sign up for CEUs.

Is breakfast and lunch included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at no charge. Breakfast is a light continental selection of coffee, tea, water, juice, fruit, & pastries.  Lunch is a selection of garden salad, grilled chicken, grilled tofu, roasted veggies, rice, cookies, & beverages. The veggies, tofu, and rice are vegan; gluten free cookies are available.

What food allergies & dietary preferences do you accommodate? How do I request other accommodations?

The menus include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Please let us know if you have any food allergies during online registration. Additionally, your comfort and access matter to us! If you need any accommodations, please email us at info@chavousconsulting.com so we can meet your needs.

Inspiring and informative sessions: Keynote Speaker, 1 workshop selection from 5 choices, a Plenary Session featuring individuals with lived experience. Lunch and light continental breakfast are included at no charge. Exhibit tables with resources to support child and family well-being.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

The conference venue doesn't offer on-site parking. Nearby options include Logan Square Garage (1815 Cherry St.), PPA lot at 19th & Callowhill, and metered parking. Valet is available at The Logan Hotel. Reserve online via SpotHero at 36 S. 19th St. for $20 all day. Parking is at attendee's expense.
