Presenter: Harmony SEL

Get ready for a high-energy, hands-on session designed to boost attendance by building stronger relationships in your school community!

In the morning, we’ll dive into Harmony’s daily connection strategies that spark student engagement, foster empathy, and empower student voice—all while creating a classroom culture where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported. You’ll walk away with fun, ready-to-use activities and adaptable tools to deepen authentic connections with students (and even adults!), no matter your setting.

In the afternoon, we’ll turn up the impact with targeted relational supports that help bring students back—both physically and emotionally. Learn how to use relationship mapping and belonging surveys to identify students who need that extra layer of connection. Then, explore powerful interventions like Check-In/Check-Out, Check & Connect, Silent Mentoring, and Establish, Maintain, & Restore (EMR). You’ll get practical guidance on when and how to use each one—and leave feeling confident, equipped, and excited to make every relationship count!
