Join our expert facilitators for a half-day workshop to enhance your communication skills to better navigate conflict.
At the end of the workshop, the participant should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or skills:
- Identify the importance and potential of conflict within a relationship-centered framework.
- Describe conflict skills in three steps:
- self-awareness (ongoing)
- preparation
- engagement
- Apply the conflict skills in simulated cases with opportunities for self-assessment and peer feedback.
