She holds a master’s in counseling psychology from Lesley University, dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and advanced training in career development, structural consulting, and MBTI/TypeCoach certifications.

Raina Gandhi is a trailblazer in women’s leadership and the Founder & CEO of Rising Tide Consulting. She empowers women to overcome limiting beliefs, navigate workplace barriers, and thrive in decision-making roles. With over 25 years across investment banking, consulting, nonprofits, and higher education, Raina brings both boardroom credibility and lived experience.
