Meet 3 times a month on Zoom, each live group is hosted by Jeanette - a therapist and sober wellness guide who was once a decade-long daily drinker.


Using a compassion-guided, CBT-informed, empowering-focused approach, you will learn how to break free from the cravings, discover your brand of happiness, and reinvent a life that you are excited to show up to sober.

Most methods set goals and measure success with behavioral goals that center only around one’s alcohol consumption/abstinence.


This Approach - Emotional Goal

Here, we acknowledge the importance of sobriety, and at the same time, we set goals and measure success with the thing that matters the most - your happiness.


Vision Workshops

Hosted on the 1st Monday of each month.

In a supportive environment, you will get to reflect on your progress and celebrate every win, big and small.

With professional guidance, you will get to refresh your intentions and set goals that are not just about what you need to do, but how you want to feel.

Under gentle encouragement, you will come up with actionable steps that will bring you closer to your goals and be held accountable with loving support.

A New Way to Reduce Cravings and Find Freedom


Traditional Approach- Behavioral Focus

Most methods focus on changing your drinking habits by solely targeting alcohol consumption.


This Approach - Cognitive Focus

Here, we take a different route by addressing the beliefs that create the temptation to drink and weaken your desire to drink at their source.


Belief Rewire Workshops

Hosted on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Named your belief but don’t know how to change it? This workshop has you covered—the facilitator has done the research for you so that you don’t have to spend endless hours doing it yourself.

Here, we will examine some of the most commonly held beliefs about alcohol, lay out both the evidence that supports the original beliefs and the counter-evidence that challenges these beliefs. Your job? It’s to be the judge.

By the end of the workshop, you will be ready to rewire your beliefs in ways that better support your sobriety goals.
