Reimagine Incubator: Making Space for What’s Next

The Reimagine Incubator is a relational space for Black women whose work in the world has been paused, rerouted, or reshaped. It is designed for women navigating job loss, burnout, career transition, identity shifts, or seasons of uncertainty ~ especially in this moment when systems feel unstable and many of us are questioning what meaningful work looks like now.

In this space, we will:

Gather and exhale

Make new connections and build relationships n that nourish rather than drain

Listen deeply, share wisdom, and become a resource for each other

Realign with our gifts and dreams

And, explore new pathways forward—even if the next right step is rest.

Over six weeks, we will meet for one hour each week in a virtual, community-centered incubator that honors both the tenderness and possibility of transition.

No pressure.
No fixing.
No saving.

Just a community of Black women imagining what’s possible—together.
