How are we exchanging energy?

One person will lay on the table while everyone else gives reiki to that person. Each person will have their own turn on the table. If there are too many people, for times sake, everyone will work in partners and exchange energy that way.

What should I expect?

Sign in, snacks/drinks, introductions, energy exchange and a little mingle before the next class.
