✨ Reiki & Restore Workshop — 90 Minutes of Deep Renewal ✨

Give yourself the gift of slowing down. This 1.5-hour Reiki & Restore workshop is designed to gently guide you back into balance—physically, energetically, and emotionally.

We’ll begin with a short, guided meditation to help quiet the mind and ground the body. From there, you’ll move through light, mindful stretches to release tension and prepare for deeper rest. The heart of the session unfolds in a series of traditional restorative postures, supported by props and held for longer periods to encourage profound relaxation.

Throughout the practice, you’ll receive optional hands-on adjustments and Reiki energy work—subtle, nurturing touch intended to help you soften, release, and reconnect with yourself.

This is a slow-moving, introspective experience perfect for anyone craving stillness, comfort, and a reset from daily life. All levels welcome. $35/ person. Sunday December 14th, 1:30- 3pm
