This 90-minute restorative yoga experience is an invitation to slow all the way down. Together, we’ll move gently and rest deeply, creating space for your body and nervous system to unwind.
Reiki healing will be woven throughout, offering subtle currents of calm and renewal. A touch of sound—soft bowls, chimes, and other instruments—will drift through the room, guiding you inward and clearing the energy around you.
Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being… a chance to feel held, nourished, and connected to the quiet magic within.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
