Reiki & Release - Guided Mediation and Reiki Class

Description
Join Cassidy from Just Be Meditation for this one-hour meditation class, which will include a chakra balancing meditation, hands-on reiki treatment and a relaxing sound bath as you lie in the comfort of savasana.
Space is limited so spots will only be available on a first come first serve basis.
What you need: Bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a small blanket or sweater to stay warm. If you don't have a yoga mat, we will have a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow for the class. Those are available on a first come first served basis.
About Cassidy:
Cassidy is a Toronto-based meditation teacher, Reiki Level 1 practitioner, certified in both the Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation and with an Applied Specialization in Mindfulness Meditation through the University of Toronto. She deepened her understanding of meditation through travels to India, Bali, Thailand and other areas with roots in the practise. She'll often remind you to "allow yourself to be here, now".
