Reiki is a profound practice of spiritual alignment, emotional cleansing, and energetic strengthening.

During Level 1, you learn the foundations of Reiki, how to channel energy through your hands, how to ground your spirit, and how to offer healing for yourself.
You are going to learn the 1Reiki symbol.
