Join Madi on December 14th from 11am–3pm for this transformative training. In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of this ancient healing technique and how to weave Reiki into your modern-day life.

Reiki Level 1 gives you a solid foundation to understand, explore, and shift your own energy while learning how to support the energetic flow in others. This level focuses on offering Reiki to yourself, plants, pets, friends, and family.

New to Reiki? Reiki is Universal Life Energy that supports healing within the body and energy systems. It can help release physical, emotional, and psychological blockages—promoting overall well-being.

In this experiential, hands-on Level 1 training, you will:

• Learn what Reiki is (expectations, history, traditions, levels, and principles)
• Explore basic concepts of energy and the role of the healer
• Discover your own ways of sensing and working with energy
• Learn how to offer Reiki to yourself, friends, family, pets, and plants
• Leave with simple tools for incorporating Reiki into everyday life

You will receive:

• A Reiki Level 1 attunement, allowing Reiki energy to flow through you (this attunement stays with you for life)
• An official Reiki Level 1 Practitioner digital certificate
• Training handouts to support your learning
