Reiki Level 1 Certification

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing based on the understanding that a universal life force energy surrounds and flows through all living things. By working with intention, we can consciously connect to this energy to help balance the body’s chakras.

This energy field—known scientifically as the human biofield—has been shown to be influenced by both environmental energy and the energy of those around us.In this workshop, you’ll explore the history and philosophy of Reiki, gain an understanding of the chakra system, and learn how energy moves through the body. We will also learn different hand positions to use during your practice.

The heart of this certification is the attunement process, a powerful energetic initiation that connects you directly to life force energy. It’s very similar to receiving any form of Reiki. Once attuned, you become a conduit for this healing energy, allowing it to flow through you as you practice on yourself and others.
