Level 1 is an introductory course.
It is highly recommended to also plan to take Level 2.

The manual is my own, based on my experience and the many trainings I have taken with Masters like Walter Lubeck, William Lee Rand, and Marie Marchessault. You will receive a digital copy of the manual. Printing the manual is also recommended.
Please bring the following to class:
- A journal or writing paper
- Writing implements
- Water
- Lunch and snacks
- Any crystals or other items that assist in your process
