Learn the basics of Reiki healing, energy balancing, and how to use Reiki for self-care and others. The class will be held in person at the Friends of the Rollinsford Public Library Community Room. What is Reiki Level 1?

Reiki Level 1 is the first level of Reiki Energy Healing. In this class you will learn the foundational principles of self healing and healing others. You will learn and have the opportunity to practice meditation, breathing exercises, and channeling energy through your hands to heal.

Do I need any experience to join this class?

You do not need any prior Reiki or energy healing to join this class. However, please bring an open mind and a desire to heal yourself and others.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear comfortable clothing. It is important to know that you will be getting on and off massage tables so skirts and dresses may be awkward. Therefore, please consider shorts or pants.

Do I need to bring a lunch or water?

Yes, you'll need to bring a lunch. Refrigerators and microwaves are on site to store and heat your food. Snacks will be offered. Bottles of water will be available, however you may want to bring your own water as well.
