Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of a beautiful journey—a doorway into hands-on healing, energetic awareness, and deep personal transformation. In this intimate, nature-centered training, you will receive your Level 1 attunement, opening the energetic channels that allow Reiki to flow through you.

A spacious, nurturing weekend designed to help you fully receive and integrate Reiki energy at a gentle pace

• Friday Evening: Welcome circle, grounding practices, and your first Reiki attunement
• Saturday: Two Reiki attunements, energy education, guided meditations, and time for self-reflection in nature
• Sunday: Final two attunements, hands-on practice, Q&A, and a closing ceremony to honor your journey
• Plenty of time in nature to support integration—walk the land, journal, and connect with the animals and trees
• A safe, supportive space where you’re encouraged to move at your own rhythm
• Nourishing snacks, tea, and quiet moments woven throughout the weekend
