Reiki Infused Sound Bath for Strength and Resilience

Join me for this reiki-infused sound journey to foster strength and resilience. Surrender to the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, rainstick, ocean drum, gong and chimes as they help connect us to our inner power. This sound journey will help wash away negativity and stress and foster a sense of self-confidence and trust.

Sound baths are proven to have many healing benefits including:

We'll start with some breathing exercises and a short meditation to help you relax and be fully receptive to the healing effects of these beautiful instruments.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible (i.e. eye mask, pillow, bolster for knees or lower back, blanket). **Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals that have pacemakers, implanted devices, epilepsy or women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
