Meet Your Mentor

I’m Rae, a Certified Master Reiki Teacher and Intuitive Energy Healer in the Usui Ryoho Reiki tradition, with over a decade of experience in energy healing and holistic wellness. I run a private Hypnotherapy & Reiki practice in Redondo Beach, where I help clients release energetic blocks, align with their highest selves, and cultivate lasting inner peace.

I was blessed to learn Reiki through one-on-one mentorship with an experienced Reiki Master. This immersive style of learning allowed me to shadow real healing sessions, attend Reiki shares, and receive direct guidance as I developed my own practice. It gave me a deep, hands-on understanding of Reiki that I now pass on to my students.

That’s why I offer this mentorship-based Reiki training—not just as a class, but as a personalized experience. My goal is to equip you with the skills, confidence, and energetic alignment to practice Reiki in a way that feels natural, intuitive, and deeply healing.
