This event is designed to help you reconnect with your inner peace and promote overall wellbeing through the therapeutic power of sound. In today's fast-paced world, stress and anxiety often disrupt the balance of our nervous system, leading to physical and emotional tension. Sound healing has been shown to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to shift from a state of fight-or-flight to one of rest and rejuvination.

During, this session, we will use sound healing techniques, such as sound baths, vibrations and resonant frequencies, to help regulate the nervous systme, reduce stress and encourage relaxation.

Important Information:

This event will be held over Zoom, and the link will be sent after registration. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.

You will need:

- A comfortable place to sit or lie down

- A yoga mat or blanket (optional)

- A journal & pen (optional) for reflections post-session

- Water to stay hydrated
