This award is given to a great son of Kenya who shaped Kenya's legal, consitutional, human rights and social justice trajectory. A hero, who with courage was in the forefront of the second liberation, fought for electoral justice and stood steadfast with social justice movement and the GenZ revolution in Kenya. A writer and poet who recorded our history and contributed immensely to our legal education.
