Refreshers/Improvers Harness Taster Workshop

Looking to fly??

Join us for a one off Harness taster day. We’ll guide you through some foundation harness techniques as well as offer time to play in areas of Vertical Dance (Wall running), Fixed line (single point harness), and counterweight (a person on each end of a single rope, think see-saw!).

Whether you’re completely new to harness or have some previous experience, we are running two sessions to come and fly with us.

Led by renowned Harness company Off The Wall and by teachers with a collective 15 years experience in teaching harness techniques, safety and freedom to explore are our top priorities.
