Simple, active breathwork and easy energy clearing movements from the System of Sampo will clear away stress, worries and fears that are taking our energy. We will direct this refreshed state of positive energy to the good communication with friends, family, coworkers that we want and the new paths and opportunities in life that we seek. We feel the energy to be positive, see the good in others and recognize roles and patterns of thinking that are not serving us.
