Reflective supervision and consultation are built on meaningful conversations that encourage insight, growth, and resilience. Yet, asking the right questions and handling challenging dynamics can feel complex. This training will guide participants through the art of reflective questioning—how to move beyond problem-solving into deeper exploration—while also providing practical tools for navigating moments of tension, resistance, or discomfort.
Participants will gain an understanding of how reflective conversations foster professional development, improve relationships, and ultimately strengthen services for infants, young children, and their families. Through interactive discussion and practice, attendees will leave with greater confidence in engaging reflectively, even when conversations are difficult.
