✨What is reflection writing? - An introspective tool used to build new neuronal pathways. When practiced daily, RW helps reveal subconscious thoughts within conscious word selection.
✨How do I "speak in the pink zone?" – Remove moral judgements of good/bad and right/wrong. Welcome in a playful and productive mindset. Select words from the “I-perspective.” The “you-perspective” does not exist within the realm of reflection writing. Imagine the audience is the “I” as opposed to the “you.”
✨What is an Introspective tool? – Introspection is a skill where the conscious mind has access to the subconscious processes that make us unique. To examine the core characteristics through self-reflection, paired with writing. Allow aspects of ego to drift away. Turn off spelling and grammar check, close browsers, use focus mode in Word, or write with pen to paper.
✨How do I create pink zone neuronal pathways? – Tap into the pink zone, a zone of growth and curiosity. Be mindful to wish well upon others, and oneself while here. Move beyond paradigms of the past, and propose at least three potential possibilities when answering the prompts.
