Reflecting on 2025

Reflecting on 2025

By Third Nature
Online event

Overview

Pause, reflect, and gather 2025’s lessons with a supportive group. Give yourself the gift of clarity as you head into the new year.

The end of the year can get pretty noisy. This workshop is your invitation to slow down, take a few deeps breaths, and make meaning of the year you’ve lived.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Take the time to reflect, utilizing journal and discussion prompts intentionally crafted by the Third Nature team, with 10 years of experience facilitating reflective workshops and retreats.
  • Have space to authentically share, be heard, and hear from others in small breakout discussion groups.
  • Surface the lessons and growth moments from 2025.
  • Notice what’s been supporting you, and what hasn’t.
  • Practice cultivating an attitude of gratitude.
  • Reconnect with purpose.
  • Build momentum and set intentions for 2026.

By extracting the learning from our lived experiences, we approach the future with clarity, confidence, and direction, while becoming better equipped to handle anything that's thrown our way.

Let's end the year feeling grounded, clear, and connected.

Reflections from Past Participants:

"Great experience! Having a designated space like this to practice reflection helped me focus on different areas than I would have on my own. It was clear from the start that this community is made up of an incredible group of intentional people. The small breakout sessions created an open, comfortable, and judgment-free space."

- Lily, Sales Manager

"The Third Nature end of year reflection workshop was a great space to conduct my yearly evaluation. I usually do these alone, but I found the group experience especially helpful because I had a safe space to be seen, heard, & acknowledged. Moreover, the workshop's structure kept me moving forward in an efficient way, which is important for someone like myself who's prone to overthinking & reflecting for hours on end. Loved it!"

-Gly, Coach & Creator

"I have been delaying reflecting on this past year, because I truly did not know where to start. Having this session was so enlightening and guiding, as it provided me the framework to let my stream of consciousness flow and gain deep insights about the experiences I've had and lessons learned. Very thankful for that."

- Tori, Marketing Agency Founder & Social Media Strategist

"Third Nature events are extraordinary opportunities to look within yourself and dig deep in a fun and engaging facilitated conversation. Not only do I uncover hidden gems in my own thinking, I also appreciate the sharing and collective wisdom that comes from the group experience."

- Traca, Global Keynote & TEDx Speaker | Author

"Someone once told me "success leaves clues." If that's true, it only makes sense to carve out time and space to look back and hunt for those clues. I'm so grateful to Brian and Third Nature for these regular workshops. Reflecting in community is a gift and often the catalyst to helping me set my intention for the season ahead. These might be two of the most valuable hours of your entire quarter! I walk away with insights - and excitement about what the future will bring. (Not to mention some new friends!)"

- Laura, Community Builder & Strategist

About The Facilitator:

Hi, I'm Brian Helfman, Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Third Nature. You may know us for our Adult Summer Camp Weekends or the human development workshops we design and facilitate for other organizations. With 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, experience designer, facilitator, community builder, and coach, I help people feel more engaged and fulfilled in all aspects of their lives.

In my spare time, I run the Leaders in Training and Adult programs at Experience Camps, and try to spend more time in nature than I do on social media.
