All attendees will receive a free journal and materials to take home.

Whether you’re setting New Year’s resolutions, working toward personal goals, or simply looking for a healthy way to reflect and reset, this event offers practical tools you can continue using long after the session ends.

The Youth & Community Action Team (YCAT) is hosting this event to provide a guided journaling event focused on teaching the importance of journaling and how to use it effectively to support mental wellness, build coping skills, and achieve personal goals.

During this interactive session, participants will learn:

  • Why journaling is a powerful tool for mental and emotional wellness
  • How to use journaling to process stress and emotions
  • Practical journaling techniques for setting goals and staying motivated
  • Ways to build journaling into a healthy daily or weekly routine

This event is designed for beginners and experienced journalers alike. Guided prompts and examples will be provided in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
