This final Wealth & Wellness Community gathering of the year is a gentle space to slow down, tune in, and honour everything this year has held for you.

Instead of focusing on what you did not achieve, we come together to celebrate your growth, recognise your resilience, and acknowledge the quiet wins that often go unnoticed.

Together we will move, breathe, and reflect, creating space for gratitude, clarity, and the version of you that is ready to rise in 2026.


🕯️ What to Expect

A calm, supportive morning designed to help you:

  • Honour and appreciate your journey through 2025
  • Reset your energy with gentle movement
  • Ground yourself with restorative meditation
  • Gain clarity and alignment for the year ahead
  • Connect with other women in a safe and welcoming space


🌿 Event Flow


1. Welcome and Introductions (15 minutes)
Dani Paim will open the space and guide soft introductions to build comfort, connection, and trust in the room.

2. Movement Practice with Mia Paviani from Beyond Booty (60 minutes)
A gentle embodiment and dance movement session to reconnect with your body, release emotional tension, and cultivate gratitude for everything your body has carried this year.
No dance experience needed.

3. Guided Meditation with Maysa Pacek (30 minutes)
A grounding, restorative meditation to help you integrate your reflections and anchor the intentions you want to carry into 2026.

4. Sharing Circle and Farewell (15 minutes)
A soft closing circle to express gratitude, share insights, and seal the energy of the morning.

🧺 What to Bring

To help you make the most of the morning, please bring:

  • A yoga mat
    If you do not have one, a long beach towel works well.
  • Comfortable clothing
    Wear something you can move, stretch, and breathe in with ease.
  • A journal and pen (optional)
    Helpful for reflection, gratitude prompts, and anchoring intentions.
