Refill & Relate: An Authentic Mom Meetup - December

Join us monthly! This is a free support group for moms of elementary-aged (give or take) children. The inspiration for this group is to find authentic connection. We all deserve a safe space to strip away the "everything is fine" facade. I've often felt alone and confused in motherhood. My hope is to create a safe space for those who are looking to rediscover themselves through conversations and community.

Our December meetup will focus on the concept "Comparison is the Thief of Joy" which is more relevant than ever, especially for mothers navigating the curated world of social media.

We will discuss how constant exposure to others' seemingly perfect lives on social media can lead to undue stress, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy and what we can do to ground ourselves in gratitude for what we have.
