Come and experience the extraordinary life of Muriel Miguel, a leading force and Grandmother of Indigenous Theatre, and a Founder & Artistic Director of New York City's Spiderwomen Theater. Through engaging stories, conversation, and visuals, Muriel shares a remarkable journey from her Brooklyn roots to landmark contributions to contemporary feminist and Indigenous theatre movements in the United States, Canada, and around the world.
Our REDTalk will be hosted by recovered lawyer turned feminist comic, Candy Palmater. Candy is an award-winning actor, writer, activist, comedian and both creator and star of The Candy Show (APTN).
