Rediscovering Vinegar Brunch Workshop

Please join us for a workshop & brunch that showcases the versatility of vinegar. We will show you how to make a refreshing drink and quick pickles as well as a technique to ferment with it. The brunch is a three course meal that incorporates all the vinegar applications we demonstrate. Our goal is to inspire guests to unlock the potential of a delicious ingredient that's probably already in their kitchens at home.
Included in the ticket options, you can add a lovely 12 ounce handmade vinegar bottle made by Jeremy Ogusky of Ogusky Ceramics.
