Ruthie Hubbard is a Go-To-Market and Product Strategy leader at Fiserv, a global fintech company that moves money and information securely for thousands of financial institutions and millions of businesses. Ruthie leads efforts to turn complex payment data into actionable Payments Intelligence, helping businesses understand how and where people spend money. Outside of her fintech work, Ruthie is a seasoned moderator and interviewer passionate about spotlighting first-time authors, investors and founders' stories. She has led powerful fireside chats with figures like Bozoma Saint John, Doug Melville, and Lee Moulton—exploring themes of leadership, legacy, innovation, and cultural impact. Her work blends sharp business insight with thoughtful conversation to create space for meaningful engagement and fresh perspectives.



Analiza Quiroz Wolf


Analiza Quiroz Wolf - the CEO of Women of Color Rise, an executive coaching firm, and former CEO of a New York City non-profit. With over two decades of experience leading talent and HR in the military, corporate, education, and non-profit sectors, she has coached leaders, including military officers, social entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives. A former Captain in the U.S. Air Force and Fulbright Scholar, she holds a BA and BS from Stanford University, an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center at the Yale School of Management. Analiza serves on corporate and nonprofit boards, including AARP and Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC), and is dedicated to advancing equity-based leadership and driving organizational growth.
