Welcome to the Red River Higher Education Alliance - IPSE Summit! Join us at Moore Norman Technology Center - South Penn Campus on September 26, 2025 for a day filled with innovative ideas and networking opportunities.

The Summit brings together leadership from Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) programs and CTP-eligible programs across Oklahoma and Texas. This gathering provides a unique opportunity for leaders of college programs serving students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to share insights, updates, and best practices from their respective institutions.

In addition to program leaders, the Summit will feature our sponsors including Think College, the national initiative dedicated to expanding and improving inclusive higher education opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities, Sooner SUCCESS, and Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services. Exhibitors will also be present, contributing valuable resources and perspectives to the event.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about six unique Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE) programs, participate in breakout sessions led by program experts, and hear directly from students currently attending or who have graduated from IPSE programs. They can also explore valuable resources and support from exhibitors who assist students and families, and connect with others who are passionate about expanding opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
