Volunteer with the Access Fund Conservation Team!
The team will work on improving the staging areas at Chaos in the Miller Fork Recreational Preserve.
Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday, May 18 - June 30th
Weekends don't work for you? The team will be working throughout the week Wed-Sun. Feel free to drop by for a couple hours or the whole day to help them out!
Meeting Time & Location:
Meet at 9 am at the MFRP parking lot
Work wraps up around 3 pm - feel free to bring your climbing gear to get some post-volunteer pitches!
Project:
We will need help with quarrying stone and bringing it to the worksite to build retaining structures at the base of the cliff.

For all Adopt a Crag events, please keep in mind the following:
Wear closed toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.
Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.
Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain karma points!
Work includes lifting and carrying up to 50-100 pounds, walking on unstable terrain, and being exposed to the elements (sun, rain, heat, cold, everything in between and beyond.)
Although we'll be outside, if you are feeling ill or have had any recent exposure to Covid please reconsider and stay home to rest up!
