RECREATIONAL COED 4 v 4 - Second Edition

REC COED 4v4 | Must have 2 or more girls to play.

A social tournament designed to have a day of low-level (but fun) competition!

4:30pm - check in, 5:00pm - start******

Tourney will be a quick format (goal four/five hours to finish). All teams will play each team in their bracket once in pool play to seed, then top 2-3 teams will make playoffs.

PRIZES: Fancy-shmancy NON CASH prizes! (Gear, gift cards, etc.)

TEAM FEE - $100.00*

BASIC RULES:

-Teams must have 2 or more females on their roster. Both females must always be on the court. Teams may have more than 4 players on their roster, but must follow service order rules. Teams do nothave to rotate but cannot illegally sub players in without following service order.

-NET TOUCHES ARE ILLEGAL. Before, during, or after the play.

-OPEN HAND TIPS ARE ILLEGAL. Please punch the ball, poke the ball, or straight up spike the ball!

-Block does not count as a touch.

-Pursuing a ball onto other courts is illegal and a safety hazard.

-SETTING balls over the net must be relatively clean (no double contact or lift) and in a straight line forward or behind the point of contact. In other words, no side setting or sneaky setter dumps.

-If you make finals for a rec tournament- CONGRATS! You are now promoted to the BB division if your team wishes to compete together again. (50% of the team or more cannot be the same if you wish to play rec again)

Organizers reserve the right to:

- Merge/breakout/cancel divisions based on signups.

- Move teams up/down divisions based on rosters.

Tickets are non-refundable within five hours of the event.
