Sponsorship Opportunity – Recovery Fest October 11th 2025 11am-3pm

Dear Friends of Warren County Recovery Fest:

We are excited to announce that the Warren County Prevention Coalition will be hosting Recovery Fest 2025 this October in McMinnville, TN! This community-driven event will provide a sober, safe, and supportive environment to celebrate recovery, raise awareness of mental health and substance use resources, and connect individuals and families with local support services.

Recovery Fest exists to provide hope, healing, and support to individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health struggles. Our goal is to create a safe, sober, and uplifting environment where the community can come together to celebrate recovery, learn about available resources, and connect with others on their journey toward healing.

We envision a stronger, healthier community where recovery is supported, mental health is prioritized, and no one feels alone in their struggles. Through education, awareness, and connection, we aim to break the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health, making resources more accessible to those in need.

We are reaching out to local businesses and organizations for sponsorship opportunities to help us make this event impactful and accessible for all. Your support will allow us to provide resources, activities, and entertainment while ensuring that Recovery Fest remains a free event for the community.

If you choose to support Recovery Fest, your donation to the Prevention Coalition, a non-profit organization, is tax deductible.

💙 Platinum Sponsor – $1,500+ (Logo on t-shirts and all promotional materials, social media recognition, premium booth space, logo featured on signage up on the stage, and stage mentions)
💚 Gold Sponsor – $1,000+ (Social media recognition, premium booth space, stage mentions, logo on t-shirts)
💛 Silver Sponsor – $500+ (Social media recognition, booth space, logo on t-shirts)
🤝 Community Partner (Booth Reservation) – Donation not required, but suggested.

Your support directly impacts individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges. Together, we can foster hope, healing, and awareness in our community. Community partners still get a booth even if they're not able to do a sponsorship tier.
