About this event

Other

NOMA is hosting its 4th Annual Recovery at the River fellowship event Sunday, October 19th from 3 - 6 p.m. This free event is a celebration of recovery, community, and connection, featuring food, refreshments, corn hole and bocce ball games, live music by Ty StoneHawker, and inspiring stories of recovery.

People from ALL pathways to recovery, along with their friends, family, and recovery allies, are invited to join the fun. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere! Admission is FREE, but you must register through Eventbrite to receive a meal ticket at check-in.

Spaces are limited to 200 people, so make sure to register early! Donations are welcome to help offset the event costs. We can't wait to see you there and thank you in advance for supporting NOMA!

This year's keynote speaker is Ty Stonehawker. Ty's music is a tapestry of his personal experiences from a groupie that followed jam bands to a radio personality to a man sitting behind bars in a jail cell. His journey from turmoil to transformation has deeply influenced his musical artistry.

Attendees at Recovery at the River will learn that Ty's past - both dark and fanciful - has generated a rich narrative of adventure and reflection expressed through music.
