Hi! I'm Emma, a burnout management coach. I help people take control of their well-being and come back from burnout in a sustainable, affirming way.
My training is in psychology and business, but more importantly, I've lived through burnout a few times. I know what it feels like to lose the sparkle, and I know how hard it can be to get to feeling like yourself again.
