What to ExpectReconnecting with Your Inner Child is a 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you reclaim the pieces of yourself that were once tucked away for safety. Through powerful breath patterns, visualizations, and vibrational release techniques, this session supports deep emotional healing—without forcing or rushing the process.
You’ll be guided to meet your younger self with empathy, offer them reassurance, and create a sense of internal safety. From this space, integration becomes possible—allowing you to move forward with more self-trust, presence, and tenderness.

Unique ElementsThis journey includes 4 intentional breath holds and sighs, 1 breath hold followed by a scream, and 4 final anchoring breath holds during the affirmation phase. You’ll be guided gently but powerfully into a space of reconnection—where your inner child feels seen, safe, and welcomed back into your present-day life.

This journey is for anyone ready to release stress, gain clarity, and step into their power. Perfect for those navigating change, seeking healing, or craving alignment. All are welcome—no experience needed. Come as you are, breathe into who you’re becoming.
While breathwork is generally safe, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, such as: Severe asthma or respiratory conditions Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, recent heart attacks) Epilepsy or a history of seizures Pregnancy (please consult your doctor)
Bring a yoga mat and hydration of choice. You may also bring a journal in case you'd like to make a few notes before or after the experience. Clean blankets, pillows, eye masks and headphones will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but common sensations include tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, and feelings of peace or clarity. Some may have profound insights, while others simply enjoy a deep reset. The key is to surrender to the process and allow whatever arises.
The guided journey itself lasts approximately 70 minutes, with additional time for opening in the beginning and integration and sharing at the end
After breathwork, you may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, or energized. It’s important to drink water, move gently, and allow time for integration. Journaling about your experience can also be beneficial.
