Reconnecting With the Sacred Space Within: A Sound Bath Meditation
Overview
Beneath the noise of life and the weight of what’s happened to us, there’s a deeper self that can’t be lost or damaged—the truest part of you, created in love and still held by it.
This guided sound bath is an invitation to return home to that sacred space within you. Through breath, sound, and stillness, we’ll gently peel back the layers of distraction and self-protection to rest in the presence of what’s already whole.
As we reconnect with that divine love—the quiet, steady current beneath everything—we’re gradually led back to our truest self: grounded, open, and at peace.
We’ll begin with simple breathwork to help the body settle, noticing how every inhale becomes an act of receiving and every exhale an act of release. As live guitar and crystal bowls fill the room, guided reflections will invite you to soften and remember: love isn’t something you have to earn—it’s something you can rest in.
Afterward, we’ll gather in small circles for quiet reflection and conversation.
This gathering is open to all—whatever your background or beliefs, you are welcome here.
