We will begin with gentle womb and heart-focused breathing, helping you arrive fully present in your body, calm your mind, and prepare your womb space for deep release.

The main focus of this session is abdominal and womb massage. Your belly carries your internal organs, and tensions or stagnation in this area can leave you feeling:

• Bloated or heavy
• Sluggish or low in energy
• Mentally foggy or ungrounded

These imbalances can also affect your hormones and emotional wellbeing.

No prior experience is necessary, and the massage can be done through your clothes, so just come in comfortable clothing. I will guide you to massage your own belly safely and effectively, and I will demonstrate deeply on anyone who wishes, so you can feel the full benefits of this practice.
