Reconnect with Self: Free Virtual Creative Well-Being Workshops
Overview
Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or finding it hard to care for yourself? The Reconnect with Self workshop series offers a gentle space to slow down and rediscover safety and creativity. Through guided exercises, we’ll explore shifting from self-criticism to self-connection — from survival mode toward softening and expression.
Each session blends grounding practices with a guided creative activity, thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and emotional expression in a safe and supportive environment.
No art skills needed — just curiosity, paper, and something to draw or write with.
Join one session or the whole series — each workshop stands on its own.
