In this first of a two-part series, we will discuss various triggers (or hot button) behaviors exist for both adults and children.
About this event
Once emotional triggers have been identified, we will then begin to assess what types of strategies can be put in place to help lessen or even eliminate them through tips such as mindfulness, deep breathing, etc. This is a Conscious Discipline inspired workshop.
