Join us for a soul-nourishing painting experience designed specifically for Black women seeking restoration, sisterhood, and self-expression.
Black Girl Healing Hour is a monthly community-based healing experience designed specifically for Black women who are ready to release, reconnect, and reclaim their joy.
Each month, we gather for a new therapeutic activity — from painting and journaling to vision boarding, guided conversation, or even flower arranging — all in a warm, supportive environment. These events are rooted in emotional wellness, creativity, and collective healing.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, boundaries, or just craving connection, this space was created for you. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, seen, and whole.
🖤 Held once a month🎨 Each month features a different theme or activity🌿 Led by a licensed therapist Lory Toussaint Burton
🎨 This Month’s Event: Reclaiming Your Colors
Reclaiming Your Colors is more than just a paint session—it's a sacred space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been dimmed, hidden, or forgotten. Together, we’ll reflect on our personal journeys and express what healing looks like through art.
Whether you’re a seasoned painter or picking up a brush for the first time, this event is about freedom, not perfection. You'll be gently guided through a therapeutic painting prompt.
